Peter is proud to be a third generation funeral director.
Peter learned the ropes assisting in the family business as a teenager before attaining his bachelor of economics and spending the next 15 years in the banking sector.
Peter spent time at Devonport and Hobart and also managed the bank at Zeehan before moving to the mainland as a banking IT analyst. Peter returned to the North West coast in 2004 to manage the family business. Peter is an executive member of the AFDA and is committed to improvement and excellence of service in the funeral industry.
Peter is committed to the North West coast community and is involved in several community organisations such as the Jeremy White Foundation, past President of East Burnie Sunrise Rotary Club, past President of the Burnie Dockers Football Club and a member of the Stella Maris board.
Peter has two older children who live in Sydney, is married to Tara and they have two children, Matthew and Henry.
Tara has managed prepaid funerals since 2005 and joined the family business full time in 2017 after 23 years in the pathology industry as a scientist and manager. Tara enjoys all aspects of the business, whilst spending most time managing the clerical side of funerals, website and facebook design, she enjoys assisting on funerals and meeting people for prearranged and funeral arrangements. Most recently Tara has started training in the mortuary under Paul's guidance and is honoured to be able to give our families loved ones care and respect.
Tara has been a president of the Stella Maris Parents & Friends and gets involved in the school and sporting activities of her children, Matthew and Henry. Tara enjoys spending time horse riding and with family.
Born and raised in the Sheffield district. Noel now lives in Devonport and arranges funerals in the Devonport, Latrobe and surrounding areas.
Noel has a passion for helping people, and can assist you and your family to provide your loved one a memorable service or memorial plaque.
We are excited to have Shaun join our team as an arranger. Shaun has great experience in retail and business operations management and all these skills, and his empathetic, caring nature will be a valuable asset to our client families.
Tamika is our funeral arranger caring for families primarily in the Ulverstone, Devonport and surrounding areas. Tamika has a background as an enrolled nurse and aged care and has a warm friendly personality that will make our client families feel comfortable.
Peta has a lovely warm caring personality, great attention to detail, a flair with graphic design and making funerals personalised. Peta is a local Burnie lady and brings many years of experience as a funeral arranger. Peta is a great asset to our team, caring for North West Tasmanians.
Paul is a experienced funeral assistant with an amazing 20+ years of mortuary skills. Paul shows great respect and care for those in our care and enjoys teaching those of us still learning in the mortuary. Paul lives in Devonport with his wife and has grown up children in the warmer climate of Queensland whom he enjoys visiting.

Jane is based in our Devonport Chapel and provides assistance to our Funeral Arrangers across the northwest coast. Jane brings a positive and professional approach to our team dynamic and is a valuable member, providing the highest care and respect for families.
Greg is based in our Burnie Chapel, and supports our mortuary functions and Funeral Arrangers. Greg is keen to learn the skills in the mortuary, and along with his a can-do attitude he brings a happy, vibrant personality to the workplace.
Lukas is based in Burnie and brings experience as a funeral assistant with mortuary expertise to our team. Lukas has a deep understanding of funeral service operations, empathy, and strong organisational skills.
Rachel has been working with Vincent Funeral Services since 2016.
Rachel manages our main office in Burnie, handles our day to day administration, working with families to facilitate personalised aspects of the service to create a funeral that loved ones can reflect on with pride. Rachel has a wonderful talent in graphic design and is the inspiration for our beautiful service booklet designs.
Rachel and her husband Mitchell have two daughters Layla and Belle and a son Rylan. On days off she enjoys spending quality time with her family at their shack on the east coast near St Helens, and has a great love for Tasmania and the nature of living that it provides.
Helen has been a part of our team since 2001.
Helen manages the accounts area and supports us with many roles from monumental arrangement to refreshments. Helen is often the first point of contact for families who phone for assistance.
Lynn has many years of experience in accounts and administration and brings with her a wealth of knowledge across many areas. Lynn is a keen artist, adding an artistic flair to our office team.
Gaylene has many years of experience in medical reception and is providing our clients with wonderful support as a first point of contact and administration support. Gaylene is very talented at improving photos and funeral preparation details that makes farewells individual and special.
Lois has a lovely caring nature and makes families feel at ease when making contact with us. Lois has great experience in caring for people through her previous child care work and is a fabulous asset to our office team.
